Bill Duncan was a longstanding minor hockey volunteer with Norwest Minor Hockey & TBMHA.  He was Head Coach of the Norwest Stars in the U15AA (formerly Bantam AA) division for many years.  Following his passing in 2020, the U15AA Playoff Championship Trophy was named in his memory.
