Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 6th at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held by Webex with an invitation to follow the first week of May.
In preparation for this meeting, all committee chairs must prepare and submit their annual reports for compilation into the AGM package. All clubs are to submit the names of up to 2 delegates that will attend the meeting. Please have reports and names submitted by Thursday April 29th.
The following Executive Officers will be up for Election: First Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Please consider if you have any nominations.
