Pre-populated registration forms were mailed to returning players and graduating Peewee players in early August. Bringing the form to our registration nights will help to speed up the registration process.  Please review the form and correct any mistakes, especially phone numbers.

 

Pre-populated player registration forms were mailed as a convenience.  Forms can be completed upon registration if you did not receive one in the mail.  Blank forms are also available (see side note) if you would like to review/complete one in advance.

 

The TBMHA office opens for the new season on Monday, August 13th. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

At registration, players and one parent or guardian (if player is not the age of majority) must sign the registration form and pay a down payment of $400. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, or cash. Personal Cheques are not accepted. Players receive a numbered jersey to be worn during evaluation. Players are also assigned to a group and given their schedule of skate sessions. It is very important that you wear your assigned jersey during your assigned evaluation skate sessions.

 

A birth certificate is required for players registering in Canada for the first time. A copy of the Certificate/Citizenship Card/Passport is accepted.

 

Players must participate at all of their assigned skate sessions until they are drafted to a team. Failure to skate jeopardizes your eligibility for the draft. Register early if you have availability restrictions for the nights that you can skate.
